Exchange Policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. We also make sure to inspect every product carefully before delivering it to you.
However, we'd be happy to exchange if any wrong product has been delivered or a product that is found damaged or defected without being worn, used, altered or washed and retaining the original tags, within 24 hours from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Please Note:
- In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening video. If this step is not fulfilled, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
- The defect/damage should be clearly visible in the unpacking video.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Our winter collection comes in Free Size. Hence, it can not be exchanged for anything in different size. For any size related query, DM us on Instagram or reach out to us on 9170084808.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority and hence we make sure to inspect every product very carefully before sending it to you.
However, we are open to return the items that are found damaged to the customer without being worn, used, altered or washed and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
: If refund will be approved then it will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days.
Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after the order being placed.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at 9170084808 with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
